The surgery will contact you if required to discuss your test results.
Alternatively, to get your test results:
- Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app).
- Complete an online form.
- We will contact patients if the clinician decides they need to take action following test results. Call the surgery after 2pm for results if you are concerned (01424 230025)
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
